RRVD was established in 2002 as a manufacturer of high quality hydraulic components, mainly fittings and high pressure hoses. Since then the company has established itself as a major manufacturer of high pressure hoses for agricultural machinery on the russian market.

In July 2003, the company has entered into a contract to supply the assembly line of Rostselmash, the largest russian producer of grain and forage harvesters. In two years RRVD has become a preferred supplier of high pressure hoses for this combine manufacturing plant satisfying as much as 90% of its needs. The company also has developed a close cooperation with the Rostselmash's R&D department. This included the work aimed to improve the hydraulic systems of the harvesters as well as to custom-made high pressure hoses intended for use in Rostselmash's new assembly units and prototype machines.

This major success has paved the way for us to develop similar cooperation with many russian plants in various industries, namely agricultural, communal, road-building machinery, mining, metallurgical and paper processing equipment. We also enjoy a significant presence in the aftermarket spare parts markets for the machinery and equipment of the aforementioned sectors.

Advanced equipment conforming to the applicable European standards is used in our manufacturing process. Most components and raw materials that are currently used to manufacture high-pressure hoses are imported. This allows to minimize the defect rate during operation of agricultural machinery.

Quality management system

In order to improve our market share and standing we are constantly improving our effectiveness by optimizing logistics, sales, marketing and other business processes.

Shortly after the plant began its operation we have introduced a basic system of quality assurance that included the equipment and methodology needed to test our products prior to shipment. With our long term commitment to quality this system was constantly expanded and improved upon. We currently have a fully operational and certified ISO 9000:2001 quality management system which was a major milestone in our company's development plan.
